Shipping Info
Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Mountain Time. We do our best to make fast, efficient deliveries.

All orders are typically sent via UPS Ground and should be received within 2-5 business days. If you would like information about faster shipping methods available, please email Shipping@PrecisionScopes.com.

Please Note: Express delivery services may require a signature of receipt. All orders over $1000.00 require a signiture for package to be delivered. Anyone requesting the waver of the signiture accepts full responsibility for the loss or damage to the item purchased, and such item is no longer insured or returnable.

All products shipped are insured against shipping and handling mishaps. However, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package at time of delivery and reject any parcel that is open, tampered with, or damaged in any way. Such products will be shipped back to our warehouse and a replacement order will be shipped within two business days of receipt. If a package is accepted in an abused condition, the shipping insurance may be void.
Return Policy
PrecisionScopes.Com has a simple policy concerning returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you received, and the product is unopened in its original packaging, we will refund your money no questions asked. We value your trust and want to make you shopping experience as simple and pleasant as possible. If you would like to return any part of your purchase, we ask that you follow these instructions:
  • Contact our returns department at Returns@PrecisionScopes.Com immediately for a Return Authorization Number.
  • Return your purchase in its original packaging, unopened and within 10 days upon receipt with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
PrecisionScopes.Com is not responsible and will not accept items for return without prior authorization. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days upon delivery. All hermetically sealed and cellophane-wrapped products must remain sealed for refund or return. Once a scope is mounted, it becomes a used product (placing the scope in rings constitutes mounting), and is not eligible for refund or return. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the customer's responsibility and also non-refundable. All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking/processing fee. This includes wrong item orders, placed by the customer. This money is used to transport merchandise back to our shipping warehouse and pay for fees charged to us by credit card companies. Again, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect their package at the time of deliver and reject any parcel that is opened or damaged. Please contact us immediately upon refusal. Cancellation Policy
We understand that due to whatever circumstances, cancellations are to be expected. Customers that place orders for products not in-stock will be sent an email confirming that the order is still wanted. At that time, the order will be placed like all standard orders and the customer will be liable for all charges and fees from that time forth. Credit cards will only be charged when the order has become available and ready to ship. Orders cancelled at the customer's request for reasons other than availability (and a credit card has been charged but no product shipped), will be responsible for a 10 % cancellation fee to cover merchant fees charged to PrecisionScopes.Com. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has shipped. However, if delivery of the parcel is refused, the parcel will be returned to the address of origin and the order will be handled as a return (see return policy). At the discretion of Precision Scopes, payment will be returned to the credit card, or remitted by check to the billing address on the order within 10 days of cancellation.
Payment Methods
In order to best meet your individual needs, we offer a variety of easy payment options. No matter which option you choose however, our sytems are continuously monitored to protect against fraudulent transactions in all possible situations. In the case that an order is placed, shipped and recieved by persons found to be using a card that is fraudulent, we will prosicute to the fullest extent of the law.
  • Credit Card Transactions: We accept Visa and Mastercard, Discover and American Express online, by phone, fax or mail. All transactions made online with a credit card are protected by highly encrypted software, helping secure your credit card number from unauthorized use. These types of orders will ship when the credit card has cleared. (See shipping info for more details.)
  • Certified Personal Check, Money Order and Cashiers Check: All orders paid with these methods will be shipped immediately upon receipt and approval.

Special Order & Backorders
If you are looking for a specific item and do not find it on our website, please email your request to SpecialOrders@PrecisionScopes.Com. Make sure to include a detailed description as we will most likely be able to get if for you.
Sales Tax
PrecisionScopes.Com is required to collect sales tax only on orders shipped to Utah, the state in which our store is located. This 6.25% sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for all orders that list a Utah shipping address. Tax exempt institutions wishing to ship to Utah should contact us at CustomerCare@precisionscopes.com for special order instructions.
Warranty Info
Precision Scopes is not a warranty repair station for online orders. Therefore we makes no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to any merchandise order placed online. The only warranties provided are by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. Additionally, you can email us at CustomerCare@PercisionScopes.Com and we will provide you with the appropriate contact information. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays. All products we ship are insured against shipping and handling mishaps. If a package is accepted in poor condition, the shipping insurance may be nullified.
